The petitioner got married against the wishes of her family members. The petitioner's father registered a case against the petitioner's husband and he also filed Habeas Corpus Petition for causing production of the petitioner. The petitioner apprehends threat to her life at the hands of her father. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed for granting police protection. 2.The petitioner has already given a representation in this regard. The second respondent is directed to look into the said representation and ensure the petitioner's physical safety. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
