SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16090 of 2021 on 25.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16090 of 2021 on 25.10.2021 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.9978 of 2021 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16090 of 2021 on 25.10.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
