The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.317 of 2017 registered on the file of the third respondent for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 506(ii), 406, 465, 468, 420 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that proper action is not being taken on his complaint. Apart from registering the First Information Report, the third respondent has done nothing else. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking transfer of investigation.

2.The Criminal Original Petition was filed way back in the year 2016. We are now in 2020. Even as on date, the final report is not made ready. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to personally monitor the investigation and ensure that the third respondent files the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1 / 2
