PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.13/2016 with in a stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ramu

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the process in D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2016 and some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District to dispose the case pending in D.V.O.P.No.13 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
