I am happy to note that in the mediation held before the 1st Addl. Principal Family Court at Bengaluru, the issues have been amicably resolved between the parties. They have also filed a Memorandum of Settlement dated 04.04.2018. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing before me stated that both the cases can be quashed in view of the amicable resolution of the issues between the parties. 2.Recording the said submission, the impugned proceedings stand quashed in both the original petitions. Accordingly, the 2/3
original petitions stand allowed. The Memorandum of Settlement dated 04.04.2018 shall form part of this order. Connected miscellaneous petitions stand quashed.
