ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the Principal District and Sessions Court, Srivilliputhur to dispose of the CrlA No.50 of 2014.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in CrlA No.50 of 2014 is pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Srivilliputhur from the year 2014 and prayed for a speedy disposal of the same.

3.In view of the above submission, there will be direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur to dispose of the Crl.A No.50 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this Registry, immediately after completion of the proceedings.

4.The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
