ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.16118 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioner was unable to mobilize fund, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
