O R D E R

The petitioner is running a hotel in the name and style of Gowri Krishna in By-pass Road, Madurai. The third respondent herein is having some issue with the petitioner herein. On the occurrence date, the third respondent drove his car into the hotel thereby gravely endangering the life and safety of the customers of the petitioner. The third respondent also caused damage to the petitioner's property.

2.The learned Government Advocate states that final report has been filed against the third respondent and states that the case is presently pending in PRC.No.358 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

3.The occurrence is of the year 2016. Therefore, in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7476 of 2016 very nature of things, the committal proceedings will have to be expedited. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, is directed to expedite the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.358 of 2019. They shall be concluded within a period of two months. Since the police have already filed final report, I am of the view that no further direction is necessary.

4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
