Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AZHAGARSAMI A.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.14803 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the petitioners were affected by viral fever, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
