2. The petitioner has suffered an order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act. He has filed an appeal before the first respondent on 08.07.2025.

3. The first respondent is called upon to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible. Till the first respondent disposes of the appeal, the order passed under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act will not be enforced.
