2. The stand of the respondent is that questioning the order dated 20.04.2023 in W.P.(MD)No.5772 of 2023, the department has filed W.A.(MD)No.1815 of 2023. On 16.10.2023, the Hon'ble Division Bench admitted the writ appeal and ordered notice. The order passed by the learned Single Judge has not been stayed.

3. Therefore, the respondent is directed to comply with the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Endorsement can be made and the registration of the document is subject to the outcome of W.A.(MD)No.1815 of 2023. The petitioner has also given an undertaking that the registration of the document will be subject to the outcome of the writ appeal.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that the order passed by this Court will be complied with. Recording the said statement given by the respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
