PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus for a direction, directing the respondent No.1 to grant re -employment to the petitioner in the post of Agricultural instructor till the end of academic session i.e. till 30.04.2026, in the light of the Government order in G.O.Ms.No.115, School Education (SE5(2)) Department dated 28.06.2022, and Government order in G.O.Ms.No.151, School Education (SE1(1) Department dated 09.09.2022, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed by an Agricultural Instructor working in the second respondent School seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to consider his request dated 08.07.2025, for re-employment and pass orders.
2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, he has attained superannuation on 31.07.2025. Even though, he has sent a request to the first respondent on 08.07.2025, so far, orders have not been passed. Hence, the present writ petition.
3.Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the request made by the petitioner on or before 31.08.2025.

4.With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
