This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13158 of 2023 on 19.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions for thirteen days. Further, there is no previous case pending against the petitioners and investigation is under process. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13158 of 2023 on 19.07.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
