ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Clause 6(2)(3) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 r/w. 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.130 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
