RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the 2nd condition as the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai instead of the petitioner shall report before the concern magistrate daily at 10.30 AM until further orders in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 17326/2021, dated 10.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRAVEEN KUMAR.P., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.17326 of 2021 dated 10.11.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that the petitioner is having life threat and hence, he may be directed to appear before any of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Madurai.

3.Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and other conditions remained unaltered.
