The petitioner has prayed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to survey the land in S.No.14/1A of Piranoor Revenue Village, Vallam Village, Shencottai Taluk, Tenkasi District, on the basis of his representation, dated 14.03.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the land in question has already been measured on 04.11.2022 in the presence of the petitioner herein and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
