This Criminal Original Petition is filed to to set aside and cancel the order against the second respondent/A1 granted by the learned Special Court under the 1/3

Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) Act Cases, Madurai, in Crl.M.P.No.174 of 2024, dated 15.06.2024. 2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that eventhough an order of granting anticipatory bail was passed on 15.06.2024, subsequently the petitioner neither surrendered nor executed any surety on the order, as such as worked itself out. 3.Recording the same. the petition stands disposed of. 4.Considering the fact that even after the grant of anticipatory bail, the petitioner has not even surrendered, the respondent police shall take effective steps to proceed further with the investigation.
