The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is died as early as in the year 2018 and till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands abated. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek for the same relief which he had sought for in this Writ Petition by filing a separate Writ Petition. No costs.
