[Order of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J] This writ petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the 3rd respondent at Survey No.308, Sennelkudi Village, Virudhunagar District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 01.02.2018.

W.P.(MD)No.13199 of 2018 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the third respondent has encroached upon a common pathway at Survey No.308, Sennelkudi Village, Virudhunagar District and therefore, such encroachment is to be removed. Vendilating such grievance, the writ petitioner made a representation on 01.02.2018. As the said representation was not considered, the above writ petition was filed with the relief as stated supra.
4.It is stated by the learned counsels appearing for the respondents that in pursuant to the representation made by the writ petitioner, already proceedings are initiated against the third respondent and an order of eviction is also passed on 05.07.2018. 5.In view of the above-stated facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of by recording the above-said statement made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties.
