ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 85, 82, 131, 296, 115(2) of BNS and 67(A) of Information Technology Act 2000, in Crime No.39 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today (i.e,30.07.2025) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
