This Writ Petition has been filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order dated 07.09.2015 and thereby appointing this petitioner for the post of clerk, in the respondent Bank, after Medical counter check up.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died. Since the prayer in the Writ Petition is specific for the writ petitioner, there would not be any fruitful result for the legal heirs to contest the case.
