ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate directly addressed to the petitioner by mention his name as P.S.Gurusamy, Chairman, Managing Trustee of Muthuvai Sastha Trust (Registration No.7/IV/2020) with regard to regard to Arulmigu Sri Ayyappan Temple situated at Survey No.1/1 Vilangulathur Panchayat, Keela Muthugulathur Group, Ramanathapuram District, instead of Chairman, Managing Trust in the recipient portion by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2025. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a Chairman and Managing Trustee of the Muthuval Sastha Trust (Registration no.7/IV/2020) situated at No.527/1, Bazar Street,

P.S.Gurusamy Chettiyar Building, Muthugulathur, Ramanathapuram District. Be that as it may, the petitioner has constructed a temple in the name of Arulmigu Sri Ayyappan Temple in S.No.1/1 at Vilangulathur Panchayt, Keela Muthugulathur Group, Ramanathapur District, which belongs to Muthuvai Sastha Trust. The temple property and electricity connection stand in the name of the petitioner, who has also paid the property tax in his name. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.9838 of 2025 before this Court and the same was ordered directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2025. Pursuant to the same, the respondent has granted No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for constructing the above said temple.

Even though the respondent granted a No Objection Certificate to the petitioner, the same was not utilized by the petitioner for the reason that the respondent failed to mention the petitioner's name in recipient column and the respondent had simply mentioned as Managing Trustee in the above said No Objection Certificate. Hence, he prays to rectify the same.

3.It is seen that the respondent has issued the said No Objection Certificate, to Chairman, Managing Trust. However, the respondent has not incorporated the petitioner's name, who is representing as Trustee. 4.Therefore, the respondent is directed to issue a No Objection Certificate directly addressed to the petitioner by mentioning his name as P.S.Gurusamy, Chairman, Managing Trustee of Muthuvai Sastha Trust (Registration No.7/IV/2020) with regard to regard to Arulmigu Sri Ayyappan Temple situated at Survey No.1/1 Vilangulathur Panchayat, Keela Muthugulathur Group, Ramanathapuram District, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
