The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the 2/6
Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 2, 5 and 6 to allow the writ petitioner's village people to participate in the Arulmigu Sri Niral Thala Udayar Ayyanar Temple consecration ceremony by receiving necessary contribution from the writ petitioner's village people, which was scheduled to be held on 04.09.2024.
2. Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) takes notice for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 2, 5 and 6. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2, 5 and 6 would submit that the people, who are going to be conduct the above said festival, have no objections for the writ petitioner's village people to participate in the said festival and are ready to receive the contribution from the writ petitioner's village people also. 3/6
4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
