ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2.The only request made by the writ petitioner is for conducting survey of the petition mentioned lands. The survey work is presently in progress. The official respondents are confident of completing the survey within a period of four more weeks. At the end of the survey, survey report will be served on the petitioner along with survey sketch. 2/4
