ORDER

This original petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings in C.C No.72 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District. It was transferred to Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam and renumbered as C.C No.300 of 2017. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, I suggested to the parties on either side to amicably resolve the issue. I am happy to note that the parties have entered into a compromise and compromise memo has also been filed. It was signed by the respective counsel and the parties. impugned prosecution is not warranted. It stands quashed. This criminal original petition stands allowed. Connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. The compromise memo shall form part of this order.
