ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conclude the enquiry on the writ petitioner's complaint vide reference C.No.405,416/DCBII/PDK/2024 dated 23.07.2024 in the light of the judgment rendered in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Govt of UP within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the writ petitioner and the third respondent are sons of one Kumaresan through different wives and that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
