ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 11(i) r/w 12 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.320 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had forcefully attempted to take away the defacto complainant's daughter in a temple festival and outraged her modesty. Hence the complaint. 3.In the statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., the victim girl had reiterated what had happened during the incident. On perusal of the same, it is stated therein that the other accused have alleged abducted the victim girl and conducted marriage to the victim and the petitioner herein and outraged her modesty by damaging her cloth in the temple festival.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the applications of A3 and A4 for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15988 of 2021 has already been dismissed on 22.02.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.18101 of 2021 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offences alleged against the petitioner and also the fact that the anticipatory bail petitions of A1 and A3 were dismissed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
