ORDER
Heard the learned Counsels on either side.
2. The petitioner served the respondent Corporation and retired as Special Grade Security Guard on 30.06.2024. His grievance is that his retirement benefits have not been settled.
3. The respondents are directed to quantify the benefits payable to the writ petitioner and pay the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If within twelve weeks the benefits are not paid, it will start carrying interest at the rate of 6% per annum. 2/4
4. The writ petition stands allowed, accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
