This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.04 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 Court, Sivagangai, as against the petitioners. 2.When this Court expressed its opinion that this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
