ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus forbearing the respondents from allotting the work of demolition and removal of the Cumbum Panchayat Union Building, Cumbum, Theni District, in favour of any individual except by following due process of law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that a fresh tender was called for, in which the petitioner was the successful bidder and the work was allotted to him. 2/4

3.In view of the above facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

4.This Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
