O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police to register the FIR as per the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravunrai, Thanjavur District, issued in Crl.M.P.No.323 of 2023 on 17.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondent submits that as per the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.323 of 2023 on 17.02.2023, the respondents Police have completed the enquiry and submitted a report to the learned Magistrate on 11.08.2023.

3. Once the investigation has already been completed and a report has been filed before the learned Magistrate, no further orders can be passed in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned 2/4

Magistrate and file appropriate application in case if he is aggrieved by the report filed by the respondents Police.
