Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.MOHIDEEN BASH, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before Special Court for offence under (SC/ST) POA Amendment Act cases (PCR Court), Tirunelveli, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12051/2024, dated 30.07.2024.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
