ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.03.2024 within time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was closed. He would further submit that the petitioner has also lodged another complaint against the third respondent and others and on that basis, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.193 of 2024 on 03.05.2024 for the offence under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(2) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and that the investigation is pending.

3. Even according to the petitioner and the third respondent, there existed landlord and tenant dispute between them and the suit filed by the petitioner is pending before the civil Court. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
