ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second and third Respondents and his Police men not to harass the Petitioner against law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that the Petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.19 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 406, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of IPC. He further submitted that while granting bail one of the conditions was that the Petitioner should co-operate with the pending investigation.
3.By way of rejoinder, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner was on bail and there is no warrant against the Petitioner.
4.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation and the Respondents are directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013
(6) CTC 353.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
