ORDER
The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 01.09.2021 (CSR No.332/2021) and the reminder dated 27.11.2021
2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has given complaint as early as on 01.09.2021. Based on the complaint, CSR No. 332 of 2021 was registered by the Inspector of Police, Sivakasi Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District.
3. Earlier when the case came up for hearing, this Court suo motu impleaded the Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Virudhunagar District.

4. The Petitioner seeks direction to register the First Information Report and investigate. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the third Respondent conducted enquiry.
5. As per the complaint it is a share market transaction. The share market are said to market risk fluctuation in the market. Therefore the third Respondent after conducting enquiry closed the same.
6. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) the Petitioner is directed to take other measures as provided under law.
