ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent/Principal District Judge cum Competent Authority to recommend the petitioner's notary application to appropriate Government for interview so as to appoint as Notary. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.On perusal of the records would reveal that at the time of the petitioner's application for notary public, he has not possessed 27 years experience in the Advocate profession. However, the petitioner has possessed only 24 years experience and as such, action sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be considered. Therefore, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Since the petitioner has now possessed more than 27 years experience in Advocate profession, the petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh, if 2/4
