Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forebear the second respondent from proceeding with the Disciplinary Proceedings initiated by the proceedings of the 1st respondent vide C.No.F1/PR.70/2013, dated 07.01.2014 against the petitioner till the conclusion of the criminal prosecution, pending investigation in Crime No.599 of 2012, dated 28.07.2012 on the file of the Aruppukottai Police Station and in Crime No.477 of 2013, date 10.07.2013 on the file of the Oomatchikulam Police Station and to start the Departmental Enquiry afresh by following the process in accordance with law and established procedure.
