This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to vacate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14149 of 2019 the respondents 4 to 12 from the petitioner complex in Old Survey No.323/1, new survey No.323/1N situated at Mela Muthukulathur Group, Muthukulathur Town, Ramanathapuram District
2. Admittedly there is civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 12 herein. Without approaching the concerned civil court, the third respondent lodged a complaint seeking police protection when the issue is pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 12.
3. At this juncture, police protection cannot be granted. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the civil court in the manner known to law.
