ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 9th respondent, a private party.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the private party had installed Windmill Poles in his patta land. Admittedly, the respondents 1 to 4 have not put up these poles and the petitioner's grievance is only against the private respondents. Therefore, the petitioner had sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 4. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, this writ petition is filed.

3.The grievance expressed by the writ petitioner is only against the private respondents and therefore, the petitioner cannot approach this Court by way of filing this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to institute any other legal

proceedings as advised against the ninth respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 24.09.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes Ns
