2. The second respondent is a Court auction purchaser. The impugned mutations were made in the revenue records only on the strength of the court order. Of course, the order was passed straight away without notice to the writ petitioner and only copy of the order was marked to the petitioner.
3. However, on this ground the writ Court will not be justified in interfering with the impugned order. The impugned order itself states that it is appealable before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur. The petitioner is permitted to avail the appeal remedy. If any appeal is filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be entertained without reference to limitation. With this liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.08.2023 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No KST To The Tahsildar Aravakkurichi Taluk Karur District, Karur.
