O R D E R

The present Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed in continuation of the earlier Habeus Corpus Petition in HCP(MD) No.958 of 2024, in which we have passed order on 14.08.2024, directing admission of the daughter of the petitioner to Ballar Illam at Madurai. The said stay at Ballar Illam is not illegal. Therefore the said Habeus Corpus Petition will not lie.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and additionally, she has also made the following endorsement :

" Kindly permit me to withdraw this petition ."

3.In view of the submission and endorsement made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate petition.
