ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuing the transfer certificate for the petitioner's son by mentioning his name as M.Prithiviraj, father's name as K.Mariappan, on the basis of her representation dated 09.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation dated 09.06.2018 for the aforesaid relief, but no steps has been taken. Hence, he filed this present writ petition.

W.P.(MD)No.13249 of 2018 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2018 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. By considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
