This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner for speedy disposal of O.S.No.72 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti.

2. This Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioner is only for speedy disposal of the suit, the notice for the respondent is not required and is therefore dispensed with.

3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner filed the suit in O.S.No.72 of 2016 before District Munsif Court, Vadipatti for permanent injunction and other reliefs. It is submitted that the respondent/defendant is dragging on the proceedings by way of filing I.A. 872 of 2019 to send the document for paying the deficit stamp duty which was allowed by the Trial Court. It is submitted that even though no steps were taken by the respondent/defendant, the Trial Court is adjourning the case periodically.

4. It is further submitted that the suit was filed in the year 2016 and the same is pending for past 6 years without disposal and for marking documents, from the year 2020 onwards, the suit is adjourned and the same is stalled without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner was constrained to approach this Court for speedy disposal of the suit.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif, Vadippatti is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.72 of 2016 Page No. 2 of 4

on merits, without giving any unnecessary adjournments, expeditiously, within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No cost. 22.08.2023 NCC :Yes/No Internet: Yes/No Index: Yes/ No jen To The District Munsif, Vadippatti.
