O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property in Old Sy. No.237/5, corresponding to the new Sy. No.193/5B Eragudi (North) Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District by considering the petitioner's application dated 29.05.2025 and his representation dated 15.06.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the private respondent.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents seeking survey and demarcate the property in question. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official 2/5
respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioners' would be considered by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks.
5. The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that suit has been filed for injunction, which is now pending adjudication.
6. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, since an application is made along with requisite fee, it is for the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's application either way taking into consideration the pending civil suit. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if there are any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
