ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to survey the property sitauted in S.No.123/7 situated in Varaganeri village, Ariyamangalam Zone, Tiruchirapallli East Taluk.

2. Heard Mr.S.Anandhakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property under a sale deed dated 30.07.2022. The town survey land Register stands in the name of the petitioner. He submitted online application on 31.03.2025 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this 2/5

Court.

5. In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 31.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
