This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the District and Sessions Court for the Exclusive Trail of PCR Cases (PCR Court), Pudukottai to consider the Petitioners bail application on the same day of their surrender in Crime No.301/2022 on the file of the second Respondent police.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that it is a case and case in counter.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that the victim sustained simple injuries and no previous case is pending against the Petitioners.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the Sessions Court for the Exclusive Trail of 2/4

PCR Cases (PCR Court), Pudukottai within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the website of this Court . The Special Judge shall consider the bail application of the Petitioners and dispose of the same as per law.
