ORDER

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to disconnect the service connection, which belongs to her brother. However, the said individual has not been made as party to the writ petition.

2. In such view of the matter, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. However, it is open to the petitioner to establish her right before the appropriate civil Court and thereafter approach the respondents herein for the said relief.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
