ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to release the petitioner's LIC Commission amount due to the petitioner from September 2023 to August 2024 before 29.08.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that in pursuant to the registration criminal case as against the petitioner, the first respondent had frozen the petitioner's account. Though the second respondent paid the commission every month through NEFT, it got bounced since the petitioner's account had been frozen by the first respondent. Now in the month of January 2025, the petitioner's account was de-freezed and the petitioner was permitted to operate his bank account. The second respondent had remitted the commission for the 2/4

month of December 2024 into the petitioner's account. The arrears of commission have not been paid.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to pay the entire arrears of commission amount of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is also directed to pay the petitioner's commission on every month without fail.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
