ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent rejecting the claim of the petitioners to grant house tax receipt on the basis that they had not produced any documents evidencing that they are the owner of the property.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioners have been issued with house tax receipt. Hence, he stated that there is no necessity to adjudicate this writ petition any further.
