2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completing the process of enquiry, final report has been filed dropping further proceedings as mistake of fact and the closure report has also been sent to the defacto complainant. 3.In view of the above submission, this petition has become infructuous.
